My recommendation: think of regular group activities to keep your team motivated and keep up with the pace of innovation!

If you answered mostly 'no', then there is a lot of room for improvement. Provided you aim for excellence in your organisation and teams, consider taking actions towards raising the awareness among your employees and coworkers.

My reccomendation: organise CX workshops so that your emploees were skilled and equipped to meet modern market and customers expectations.
